3. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
You can apply to modify the delivery address before the order is shipped. After the order is shipped and the logistics information is generated, the address cannot be modified. Please confirm the accurate delivery information before placing an order.
4. How long is the product warranty period?
We provide 12-month official warranty service for all gardening products. During the warranty period, if there are non-human quality problems such as product damage and functional failure, we provide free replacement parts, repair or replacement services.
